Medical Coding program is designed to prepare participants for employment in healthcare settings as certified professional coder which is in high demand and an emerging career in UAE. This program prepares the participants to pass the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) certification exam and become a Certified professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Professional Coder – Apprentice (CPC-A). Medical coders are employed in a variety of settings including physician offices, hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and outpatient facilities. They compile, process and maintain medical records.

the course is taught by experienced certified professional coders and offered in a blended format. Upon completion of this program, the student will have a basic knowledge of the medical terminology, human anatomy and physiology. the course validates proficiency in the correct application of ICD 10 Cm and CPT codes used in medical claims for reimbursement. Once the participants complete this coding program, they can register for the certification exam.
